All adult guests and guardians of children or minors must understand and sign our standard Liability Waiver prior to embarking on Sailing Celebrate. This is a standard requirement for our insurance. You can scan and sign this document and email back to us, bring it with you, or we will provide copies when you arrive - whatever is easiest for you.
The Privacy Policy and Consent form is a standard agreement within the booking process to recognize some limited personal information may be collected along with pictures and video recordings which may be used for Sailing Celebrate's business and marketing purposes.
This document provides a general understanding for the usage of relevant onboard equipment along with what is off-limits.
The Cancellation Policy provides the scope of criteria that may prompt a charter cancellation along with the process of what happens in the event of various cancellation reasons.
All guests must understand and adhere to the terms and conditions described in this document to avoid any consequences that may include fines and fees for serious violations or incurred damage.
