Service Description
Join us for an enchanting sunset sail as we glide through the pristine waters of Little Traverse Bay on Lake Michigan. Enjoy an evening cruise into a spectacular view of an endless horizon, the stunning sunset views and the tranquility ambience of the open waters, making it a perfect end to your unforgettable day. Service Includes: Charcuterie tray, snacks, house wine (red or white), selection of local beers, soft drinks. All guests will be offered a lifejacket in accordance with USCG regulations. What to Bring: Dress for outdoors. Clean soft sole shoes (non marking), sandals/flipflops (closed toe is recommended), light jacket (if it gets chilly). Sun creams (no sprays), sunglasses. Planned Depart & Meet-Up: 7:00pm Return to Marina: Approx 10:00pm
Cancellation Policy
1. Celebrate Sailing will do our best to adhere to the planned schedule however, circumstances may arise that prompt changes to our plans and schedule. Therefore, length of time for each excursion is flexible in nature due to winds, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Celebrate Sailing cannot be held responsible for these circumstances or for sessions that are adversely impacted by these or any other circumstances. 2. Celebrate Sailing reserves the right to cancel or change the planned schedule for any sail at any time due to adverse weather conditions or any other circumstance as deemed prudent by our Captain. Adverse conditions include, but are not limited to: excessive winds/waves, thunder and/or lightning storms (active or looming), other extreme conditions, mechanical issue, safety concern, circumstances beyond our control or any breach of any Term & Condition or Rules Of Conduct. 3. Excursions that do not leave the dock due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues, or safety concerns will be rescheduled at a date/time of mutual convenience or a refund or credit of any paid fees will be offered if rescheduling cannot be agreed upon. Excursions that have left the dock (are underway) and are cancelled due to any of these reasons will be eligible for a prorated refund of paid fees (in one hour increments). 4. IF YOU OR YOUR PARTY OF GUESTS ARE UNABLE TO JOIN US ON THE AGREED UPON DATE/TIME, we require a minimum of 24 hour notification to receive a refund or credit of any paid fees. Paid fees ARE NOT REFUNDABLE if we receive your cancellation notification LESS THAN 24 HOURS of your scheduled excursion start date/time or if you do not show up for your scheduled excursion start date/time within 20 minutes of your scheduled start time. 5. TERMINATION OF CHARTER: The Captain reserves the right to cancel/terminate an excursion at any time for any reason or no reason including adverse weather, mechanical issue, safety, misbehavior of any guest, or any breach of any Term and Condition or Rule Of Conduct. PAID FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE if the Captain terminates an excursion due to guest misbehavior or breach of this agreement.
